Introducing PattyMan UK
PattyMan UK was founded in 2016 with the aim of bringing a fresh new take on a popular Caribbean snack. Inspired by our West African, Caribbean & British culture, PattyMan U.K prides itself on not offering the typical flavours available. PattyMan UK founders Manny & Ashley wanted to provide our clientele with an urban twist on a Caribbean classic.
Growing up in multicultural London we often enjoyed the fresh patties from the local Caribbean store. However we wanted to create a new take on a U.K favourite, introducing high-quality gourmet patties infusing new flavours, whilst retaining the authenticity of a good wholesome home made patty.
To ensure authenticity all recipes have been developed along side a team of catering professionals with a wealth of experience in the food industry.
Each PattyMan patty is 100% handmade using traditional techniques. Each patty has been hand crimped to help seal in our flavours, tastes and textures resulting in a perfect juicy rustic urban patty.
Head chef - Jacqui
Jacqui is an experience chef, having worked in the catering industry for over 20 years. She started out as a bartender as a teenager before moving into food, where She first became a pastry chef.
Over the years Jacqui has developed an eclectic taste of flavours and enjoys fusing her West Indian heritage (Grenadian by birth) with Asian, British, Mediterranean and Italian culinary flavours.
Jacqui along with the PattyMan Team believe in always using fresh, locally sourced produce. This enables PattyMan to support small businesses as well as reducing our carbon footprint. All our meat comes from a small butcher in South West London and is halal which appeals to our ever growing clientele.
